About Me

I am a wife and mother of two girls. Originally from Maryland, my husband’s job brought us to Sautee in 2003 and we’ve been in love with the North Georgia Mountains ever since! In my earlier years, I was a competitive gymnast for about 12 years and could often be found sitting behind my coaches rubbing their shoulders. It was then that I knew I wanted to be a massage therapist. When our girls were both school age and growing in independence I decided it was time for me to finish what I had started. So, I went back to school to become a massage therapist, making use of my previously earned bachelors degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland.

I am now a Georgia Licensed Massage Therapist. I specialize in a variety of therapeutic massage techniques for relaxation and helping you deal with the stress, aches and pains of everyday life. I truly love what I do and am grateful for the ability to make a difference in the lives of others.

I believe that every aspect of a person; body, mind and spirit can benefit from receiving massage therapy.  My mission as a Licensed Massage Therapist is to treat every individual according to their specific needs.  I am committed to my personal growth and continuing education as a massage therapist and to working together with my clients to promote their education and participation in this powerful self-healing process.
